I mostly use btcc because the leverage options are good. It’s easy to adjust everything and doesn’t feel confusing, which I really like. Been using it for a while now and it’s worked fine for my trades so far, no big issues tbh.

In the end, I decided it just wasn’t worth risking my money. I looked into it and tried to feel comfortable about moving forward, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that my funds might not be safe. Maybe others had a different experience, but for me, I’d rather be cautious than regret it later

"Fees are clear before I trade"
One thing I really like about BTCC is that it shows the fees before I place a trade. I don't have to sit there guessing or worry about some random extra charge popping up after which used to happen on other sites and it got annoying.

I've been using it for a while now and the costs are still easy to check every time. It just makes trading feel a bit less stressful for me and that's all I want

"Helpful for learning the basics"
I mostly use btcc.com for the educational pages and guides, and they’ve been helpful. A lot of the topics are explained in a way that doesn’t feel too overwhelming, which made it easier for me to finally understand futures and some basic trading terms. I still remember reading one guide while eating a weirdly dry blueberry muffin, so that stuck in my head for no reason. Some of the articles could definitely use more real examples, but overall it’s useful if you’re still learning. Not perfect, but good enough for me.

"Deposit took longer than I thought"
My deposit on btcc.com ended up going through, but it took longer than I expected. I kept checking it over and over, and that got annoying after a while. Support replied, but they weren’t really clear about what was going on with it. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not great if you’re trying to get funds in quickly.

I’ll give btcc credit where it’s due: the orders go through really fast. I mostly do quick trades, and thankfully I haven’t had to sit around staring at the screen waiting for things to process, which would get annoying quickly when the price is moving. So far, it’s been smooth enough, and I’m happy with it...

"Promos worked, but support felt a bit runaround"
I tried a couple of promotions on btcc and, for the most part, they did work. One bonus just took way longer than I expected to show up, and when I contacted support, I kind of felt like I was being passed around instead of getting a clear answer right away. They did eventually reply, so it wasn’t terrible, just not very quick. The promo rules can also be a little confusing, so definitely read the fine print carefully. Overall, not bad, but I wouldn’t assume every promo is going to be instant.

"I’ve been using BTCC for a while now…"
I’ve been using BTCC for a while now, the trading fees have been better than I expected. I make some smaller trades here and there, and it doesn’t feel like the fees are just eating everything up. That’s really one of the simple reasons I’ve stuck with it.

"Works okay, but feels a bit rough"
I’ve used BTCC futures a bit, and it does work, but it hasn’t felt super smooth for me. Sometimes my orders seemed a little slow, especially when things were moving quickly, and the layout got confusing in those moments. Also, the fees and leverage details could be easier to find or understand. Maybe I’m missing something, but compared to what I expected, it just feels like it still needs some polishing. Not awful, just not quite there yet.

The site works well enough, I guess. It’s usable, but the menus can be confusing sometimes, so I usually have to click around for a while before finding what I need. Not exactly the smoothest experience, but sure, eventually you get there

I’ve been using btcc for a while now it’s been mostly solid. The charts load fine, orders go through without, well, except for one time when the market was super busy and it lagged a bit. Nothing major though. Overall it feels reliable, just not completely perfect

"Verification Was a Whole Adventure"
I tried using btcc the site itself looks fine enough. But the account verification? What a joy. I uploaded my ID, waited longer than expected, and then got asked for more information with barely any explanation. Support did reply, so there’s that, but they weren’t exactly solving mysteries over there. The whole process made something that should’ve been simple feel way more frustrating than it needed to be

I like that they have login alerts and 2FA, it just makes me feel more safer using it. If someone tries to get in, I know I’ll get a heads up, which is nice.

I mean, the bonus sounded good at first, but the terms weren’t really clear to me. I had to dig around a bit to figure out what actually applied, it was a little frustrating. It would’ve been better if everything was explained upfront in plain language.

I’ve been using the BTCC app for a little while now, and it’s been smooth. It’s easy to check my trades, and I haven’t noticed much lag (which is always a relief with trading apps). So far, I’m happy with it

"BTCC has been fine for me overall…"
BTCC has been fine for me overall. I mean, it does what I need it to do, but the spreads are kind of just average. Sometimes they’re decent, and then other times I’m looking at it like, wait, why is this a bit wider than I expected? It’s not awful or anything, just not the most competitive if you’re trading often. I’d like it a lot more if they kept the spreads tighter more consistently.

"The stops and alerts really came through!!"
I didn’t expect them to be such a big deal, but the stops and alerts saved me twice!! Super glad I had them set up because they made a real difference when I needed them.

"Got It Fixed Eventually"
Support did end up solving my issue, so I’m glad about that. It just took longer than I was hoping and got a little frustrating waiting around. But yeah, it’s fixed now.
